The Wendy Williams Show has come to an end after nearly 14 years on the air without Wendy Williams.

Sherri Shepherd, who has been filling in for the original host this season, delivered an emotional send-off to the daytime talk show.  Her new show, Sherri, will take up the 10:00 a.m. spot in September, the time slot previously held by Williams.

Despite Williams’ absence from the last episode, the cast and staff of the program created a video montage to honor the broadcast.

Williams has been absent from her program since 2020 due to her Graves’ sickness and COVID-19 battle.
