Owen Cooper / Broadcast Technician

Owen Cooper is a Senior at the University of Indianapolis, where he studies Communication with an emphasis in electronic media. Owen currently serves as the Broadcast Technician and On-air talent for WICR. He also goes out with the team during remote broadcasts within the community. Outside of radio, he likes to sit and relax to some hip-hop and jazz music while reading a book or takes in the tranquility of a quiet place.

After College Owen plans to work in the radio field as an engineer for either a small station, or a station in city or town. What he loves most about WICR is how his team members treat as if they were his own family.
