Marion County coroner’s office seeks help identifying body, INDOT closing ramp in downtown Indianapolis as part of an ongoing project and a hunter finds skeletal remains in Marsh, WICR’s Ray Adams has today’s information update.

Investigators are working to identify skeletal remains found by a hunter in Northwest Indiana on Saturday. The hunter was looking for a duck he had shot on Saturday when he discovered bones emerging from under a piece of clothing. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has confirmed the remains are human. The investigation is ongoing.

A Northwest Indiana elementary school teacher has been arrested after being accused of having a kill list that targeted children and staff. Angelica Carrasquillo has been charged with felony intimidation and was taken into Lake County jail last week.
